Reservations can be made through the BusBound website. Confirmation is provided once written acknowledgment and full payment are received from the client.

2. How far in advance should I book?

We recommend booking at least seven (7) days before the planned service date.

3. What is the payment policy?

For bookings made more than 14 days in advance, 50% of the estimated cost is due at booking, with the balance payable seven days before the service date. For bookings within 14 days, 100% of the cost is due at booking.

4. How can I cancel my reservation?

Cancellations must be submitted in writing, including the charter number, service date, and reason for cancellation, via email to customerservice@busbound.com or your sales representative. Verbal cancellations are not accepted.

5. What are the cancellation fees?

Point-to-Point Transfers: Up to 7 Cancellations madeanceled more than 24 hours before the are free of a 100%; cancellations madeanceled within 2 are 100% charged4 hours. 8 to 14 seats: No charge if canceled more than 48 hours before the service; 100% charge if canceled within 48 hours. Refunds may take up to 30 days to process and will be issued using the original payment method. BusBound cannot guarantee service in the case of weather, mechanical breakdowns, or similar events.

12. Are there requirements for driver lodging?

Clients must provide suitable lodging for drivers meeting a minimum 2.5-star standard. BusBound will arrange accommodation if not provided, and the client will reimburse the cost. If a trip needs to be termreason, please contact BusBound immediately. The process for terminating a trip will be discussed on a case-by-case basis to ensure the best possible outcome for all parties involved. Trips may be terminated without refund if the driver or passengers are in danger, if illegal materials are present, or if FMCSA regulations are violated.

13. Who is responsible for bus damages?

Clients are responsible for any damages caused to the bus, including excessive interior clean-up. Charges will be applied accordingly.
