Clients must provide suitable lodging for drivers that meets a minimum 2.5-star standard. BusBound will arrange accommodation if not provided, and the client will reimburse the cost.

The driver or BusBound may terminate a journey without a refund if the driver or passengers are in danger, if illegal materials are present, or if FMCSA regulations are violated.
